We created a tailor-made internal management tool designed to centralize all company documents and information related to employees and HR workflows. This scalable platform empowers HR teams and managers to access everything in one place - from onboarding and equipment tracking to CV exports and recruitment pipelines.

The challenge

Managing growing volumes of employee data, documents, and HR processes can quickly become chaotic when information is spread across disconnected tools and formats. This fragmentation often leads to inefficiencies in onboarding, tracking equipment and benefits, managing feedback loops, and generating reports. Without a centralized and intuitive system, organizations risk delays, errors, and a lack of operational transparency - especially as they scale.

What we did

Our design process focused on clarity, usability, and scalability. The interface was built to accommodate both HR professionals and team leads, with dashboards and forms tailored for quick data access and updates. We emphasized a modular structure, allowing for future feature expansion without disrupting current operations. Below is a description of some key features:

Employee Profile

A centralized and structured space that consolidates all employee-related information: personal data, skills, project history, contracts, assigned equipment, benefits, feedback records, and leave tracking. This unified view improves clarity and reduces administrative effort.

Equipment & Subscription Management

A real-time catalog of all company assets, allowing seamless assignment of equipment and digital tools to employees. Each item’s status, location, and renewal timelines are tracked for full visibility.

Company Calendar

A weekly and monthly timeline view of planned absences, using a high-performance custom React component. It helps teams plan resources effectively and maintain operational continuity.

The platform includes an intelligent notification system that ensures key actions and deadlines are never missed. Notifications cover contract renewals, feedback reminders, payment due dates, and more.
