The challenge

Managing a large field workforce poses several challenges: inefficient scheduling, poor visibility into job status, limited communication between teams and clients, and difficulty in assigning the right person to the right task. Many companies struggled with fragmented systems and manual processes that led to scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, and operational delays.

What we did

We designed and developed TaskForce, an advanced platform that transforms field service operations. The system intelligently suggests the optimal time for each task by analyzing team availability, client location, and existing schedules. Here are its key features:

Intelligent Job Planning

TaskForce automatically suggests the optimal time for task execution by analyzing the client’s location, team availability, and the existing schedule. This helps companies minimize unnecessary travel and significantly increase the efficiency of field operations.

Job Overview

Both the employer and field employees have full access to job details - including status, location, assigned personnel, required materials, and documentation. All data is available in real time – just an internet connection and a browser needed.

Progress Monitoring

TaskForce allows for real-time tracking of job progress - from start to finish. Clients receive notifications about key stages of the process, while managers can immediately respond to delays or issues in the field.

QR Code

The tool allows to generate QR codes for each client – in digital form or as a physical sticker. Each code contains key details like location, job type, and notes. Clients can scan the code to quickly submit a new request via form – no calls needed.

Team and Company Management

The system gathers all essential employee data - including availability, skills, certifications, and job history - enabling managers to plan workloads more effectively and assign the right people to the right tasks.
In addition, it offers a comprehensive set of features that enhance overall work management by centralizing access to key information about employees, company documents, subscriptions, benefits, fees, and equipment.  It also provides a dedicated space for storing feedback.
This ensures seamless coordination, improved resource allocation, and increased operational efficiency.
