Our Product
We build TaskForce
It is our own product built to support organizations that manage teams working in the field.
We master the core of field operations software. We understand scheduling, dispatch, and real-time tracking, building tools that help organizations coordinate and manage teams working in the field.
We know the landscape
Supporting different operational workflows across industries
Ensuring reliable performance even in offline or low-connectivity environments
Delivering real-time data, analytics, and reporting
Scaling the platform as teams, operations, and data grow
Maintaining high standards of security and compliance
Designing mobile experiences that field workers can use quickly and intuitively
That’s why we built own product
TaskForce is our in-house tool for managing field teams, streamlining scheduling, dispatch, and real-time operational visibility.

What kinds of workforce-management products have you built?
Scheduling and shift-planning engines, dispatch systems, time and attendance tracking, mobile applications for field workers, equipment and resource tracking, task and job management, and operational dashboards. The flagship project is TaskForceGuru, our own in-house workforce-management product for organisations that manage field-based teams; it includes the operations dashboard, mobile workforce app, equipment tracking, and job management as separate but integrated surfaces.
How do you handle high-availability for scheduling and time-tracking?
Workforce-management software runs on tight SLAs because a broken scheduling system means people don't get paid and shifts go uncovered. We design for that constraint: multi-region database failover, write-ahead queues for time-tracking events so a brief outage doesn't lose data, idempotent writes so the mobile app can retry safely on flaky networks, and read replicas sized for the morning-shift surge. Critical paths get explicit SLO budgets and alerting; non-critical paths share infrastructure to keep costs sane.
Do you integrate with payroll and HRIS systems?
Yes — workforce-management products live or die on their integrations. We have built against the major payroll providers (ADP, Paychex, regional EU systems) and against HRIS platforms like Workday, BambooHR and Personio. The hard parts are not the APIs but the data contracts: handling break and overtime rules per jurisdiction, mapping shift premiums and differentials, and producing audit trails that hold up to a payroll dispute. We treat those as first-class engineering work rather than as one-time mapping spreadsheets.
Can you handle mobile and field-workforce use cases?
Mobile is where workforce management actually lives — most users are field workers, not desk-bound managers. We build mobile experiences (React Native and native where required) optimised for the realities of field work: large touch targets, offline-first data sync, GPS-coordinated job dispatch, photo and signature capture, barcode scanning, and battery-aware background sync. Field workers do not have time for a sluggish app, so we treat performance and resilience as features, not non-functional requirements.
How do you approach compliance reporting?
Workforce-management compliance covers labour law (hour caps, mandatory rest periods, overtime thresholds), health and safety reporting (incident logs, certification expiry), and increasingly ESG reporting (workforce composition, training completion, supply-chain visibility). We model these as event streams, not periodic exports — the underlying data captures the truth, and reports are projections off that stream. Auditors can replay the source events when a report is questioned, which is the only durable answer to compliance disputes.
Is real-time location tracking part of what you build?
Yes — with explicit guardrails. Dispatch optimisation and field-worker safety both require some level of location awareness, but workforce tracking is a sensitive surface legally (worker-protection laws in much of Europe restrict ongoing tracking) and culturally (over-tracked workforces churn). We build location tracking with worker-visible controls, clear retention windows, geofence-only options for legally restrictive regions, and admin-side data minimisation so location data is never retained longer than the operational need requires.
